Why Lauren?
It’s more than just photos to me.
I want to know how to make your mom laugh for family photos. I want to teach you how to pop champagne in the bridal suite. I care deeply about your photos and delivering a gallery true to you, but I also care deeply about you having a great day. I have pinned more boutineers than I can count and it’s all because I am here for you. You deserve to have great photos and a wedding-professional-bff there to relieve your stress and give you the space to enjoy your day.
I believe in the great balance of the in-between and gently guided moments. My personal favorite photos are the unposed, but a great photographer needs to know when to lead and when to follow. You can trust me to help gather your crazy aunt for photos, and you can bet on me silently crying behind my camera if your dad chokes up during his speech.

The truth is, art is about the only thing in this world I take seriously. There is nothing that can’t be made better with a bit of laughter.
I’m the “dance around the kitchen” type, the “belt n*sync in the car” type, the “happy cry to Facebook videos” type. And, if we’re being honest, I’m the “can count the veggies I’ve eaten my entire life on one hand” type, too. I’m working on that one, but please don’t sign me up for salad at your wedding just yet!
I’m married to the man of my dreams (hi babe!), who makes me feel loved and supported in ways I didn’t know were possible. We’re raising a bunch of kids together and goofing our way through it all.
